Soldier Saturday is our mission-driven CrossFit Class designed to honor the grit and discipline of military-style training. Held every Saturday at CrossFit Pukekohe, this high-intensity workout blends strength, endurance, and functional fitness — inspired by the resilience of soldiers. Whether you're a veteran, service member, or just want to train like one, this is the most intense and rewarding workout that can be done individually or in pairs with a partner.
